Goldstar released a licensed model of the Philips CD-i 450 with a slightly different top cover design. They released a GDI 750 and a GDI 1000, both of them look exactly the same. What would be the difference? Was one of them bundled with the Digital Video Cartridge? Was it a regional difference? Did it see an upgrade in one way or another...? Even on ICDIA both model numbers are said to be the same, but why would they use two different model numbers?
Our conclusion now is that they are exactly the same, only with a different production date.
