Another mentioning of Discworld CD-i, this time in an American catalogue. Printed as a "DV Required" title, Psygnosis was very confident that Discworld would make its way to CD-i. It's the biggest mystery of the CD-i history....... Discworld would be released in 1996 on CD-i. Philips Media made the official cover art. But no actual gameplay or screens were ever showed to us. In this catalogue, a slightly different cover is used, and it is again posted as a 'Digital Video' game. Also the estimated price of $39,99 is the same as Lost Eden but lower than Secret Mission (which is 49,99 in this catalogue). That's different from dutch retail prices, as Lost Eden was 99,99 NLG and Secret Mission was 79,99. Would it have to do something with import fees (Secret Mission was only released in Europe)?
