A simple way to offer english-only titles in other countries, like The Netherlands, is by offering it as a lanuage learning package. This is exactly what Philips had in mind when offering the CD-i compilation 'How do You Do?". This was a bundle of 4 CD-i kids discs in the English language. These titles were never translated intro dutch, but they bundled them together with an instruction book that served as a way to learn English. The instruction book is full of questions and orders what to do with these titles, explaining the purpose and offering some kind of course.

It's an interesting attempt to offer import titles in The Netherlands, just by repackaging them with an instruction what-to-do book. With four titles included, it actually offers great value for money but be aware: The titles that are included are english only. You will find the following existing CD-i titles in this package:
  • All the Fun of the Fair
  • Children Bible Stories – Noah’s Ark
  • How the Rhinoceros Got His Skin
  • Brer Rabbit and the Wonderful Tar Baby

In a way 'How do you Do" is an extended package of the title you start with: All the Fun of the Fair. This is also a CD-i kids title focused on learning english for kids. It was also released in The Netherlands, and the English language is told by pictures, the disc itself in not dutch.

From the disc: Dutch is your mother tongue. If you also understand English, you have a dash. The learning package on CD-i is a good start for children aged 8 to 12 years. There are four CD-i discs in this box. Plus a booklet that states what you have to do. You start with the disc “All the Fun of the Fair”. You meet four friends who show you the way in an amusement park. You will do all kinds of fun games and at times solve a mystery. Before you know you start to understand English and speak for yourself. Not difficult at all. Then you go one step further, with the other three CD-i discs in this box. There are also games and stories on it. But only in English. You can understand a lot already. And you automatically learn more words. That comes in handy, when watching TV, at school or when you go on vacation.
