This is what the press had to say about 'Caesar's World of Boxing' when Philips POV brought it to the market in 1994

CD-i member Kieren Hawken shared with us more press articles that were published in classic game magazines, featuring CD-i titles. This time it is about Caesar's World of Boxing, an original Cinemaware title brought to CD-i with a new Caesar's theme around it. CV&G only gave it 69% out of 100%, they claim the intro is impressive (which should be because it is 'digital video'), but the fighting feels lifeless, the management parts are basic and the graphics in the boxing sections are pretty poor. We tend to agree that there is a quality difference in the presentation (a lot of cool full motion video) and the actual gameplay (the original Amiga section).

[Thanks, Kieren Hawken]
