Thanks to CD-i member Marco Parisio Java we can have a close look at some rare exclusive and regional CD-i releases: Dizionaro Universale Multimediale Grolier Hachette & Enciclopedia Elettronica Grolier. On the back it sais every year a new update will be published. We know at least of a 1994, 1995 and 1996 version. After that the series continued on platforms like CDTV. On this CD-i disc, a total of 21 volumes of the Italian Grolier Encyclopedia are all inside. You'll find articles, shot movies, pictures, design and music. You can watch the history news on science, technology, arts, history, geography, contemporary life, sport, and many more. These encyclopedias were presented in a special CD-i case, as you can see on these pictures. These Dizionaro Universale Multimediale Grolier Hachette discs were released in Italy by Philips Media. But as you can see, the Enciclopedia Elettronica Grolier from 1995 was published inhouse at Digimail and produced by Grolier Hachette International.
