What to do if your CD-i KeyControl keyboard doesn't work? The KeyControl s specifically designed for use with the CD-i Internet, but there are more titles that support the keyboard. For example, the Philips Media Encyclopedia and the Philips Media Medical Encyclopedia support the keycontrol. But what if it doesn't work? A member of our CD-i Appreciation Group has a valuable tip: "There's a T/K switch underneath one of the foot. Try to set it to the other position. You can test it in the FTS menu when an Audio-CD is in the drive. Only plug it in when the player is turned off. Back port of 220/60 is for RS232 devices (modem) only, so you'll have to use the front port. It definitely works with my 220/60, but I can't remember which setting. Will keep you updated when I dig it out again some day."
The correct setting for 220/60 is 'K' and you'll have to use the splitter cable. Check this manual for the settings of your CD-i player:
