Did you enjoy Burn Cycle too?" In 1994, Burn:Cycle on CD-i was reviewed as the 'best in gaming' which might be a bold statement but still the game was very well received. The graphics really shone on CD-i, even while it didn't need the Digital Video Cartridge. Burn:Cycle showed what was possible on CD-i, especially considering the limiting hardware specs of CD-i. I always wonder if Burn:Cycle would have been possible on SNES or that it made use of different kind of elements. Of course the FMV elements were suitable on CD-i, but not on all other platforms. CD-i member Steep shared another great poster which we'd never seen before. Burn:Cycle might be the very best rated CD-i game.
