Rare CD-i Records #95 - Philips CD-i Collection (local Italian 1992 CD-i release including 'Alice in Wonderland', 'Karaoke', 'Caricature' and 'World of Impressionism' on CD-i)

 

In Italy, Philips Media released a couple of collection boxes that included a flavour of CD-i titles. Next to the Sports collection, CD-i member Ralph shared this general box with us, which is the same one as what was shared by Marco Parisio Java a couple of months back. This one is a set of four diverse CD-i titles packaged in one box, labeled 'Philips CD-i collection' and what I make of it only released in Italy. In The Netherlands or UK we have not seen these kind of boxes. In this package we see Alice in Wonderland, A Karaoke CD-i (local version), Caricature and the art title 'The World of Impressionism'. Considering the release date of these discs, I guess this package was somewhere released in 1992, it could well be bundled together with the launch of CD-i in Europe in 1992.
