Recently the owner of On/Q Corporation shared some interesting insights of what his company planned to do on CD-i. On/Q Corporation was a Canadian company with its own publishign arm: World of Wonders. "My company, On/Q Corporation, published CD-I titles under the World of Wonders brand. Many of our titles were destined for museums and schools. As mentioned above, there was Charting a New World and the 4 disc Destinations travel series. Also we produced Arctic Journeys and Sportfishing. World of Wonders was the publishing arm of On/Q Corporation. We did sell in the Netherlands as well. Another of our discs was Arctic Journeys. Many of our discs were sold to museums. We also produced training and retail material for Nortel and Bell Canada which they in turn distributed to telephone companies in the U.S."You can find more on the CD-i titles by World Wonders in this article.

About the 'Destination Great Britain series by World of Wonders: "My company made these! It was a gas...we trained and sent out student photographers across England. Never finished Scotland or the series on France."

About Discover: Sport Fishing - Northern Edition: "I know this disc well - I made it! It was supposed to be the first of many in a series, but CD-I was too slow to catch on."

About 'Charting a new World: Maps of Discovery: "I produced this disc. There are some great maps and associated historical photos. On/Q Corporation was my company and we used World of Wonders for our publishing business."
