Soon to be preserved at Archive, but this is a very rare Japanese CD-i title called 'Yuki Saito Anniversary', which is a tribute CD-i about the Japanese idol Yuki Saito.
The title was produced by Japan Interactive Media, and this was another Japanese CD-i exclusive. The boxart is quite similar to this original audio CD that was released in Japan:
Yuji Saito (a J-idol in Japan) is a singer an actress, being active since 1985 and this CD was actually her final release in 1991 before a long silence. She released a new live CD in 2009 on the same label: Pony Canyon. Pony Canyon was the same publisher that worked together with Japan Interactive Media to distribute their products in the Japanese market.
