Here you will see some original price tags of a few random CD-i titles, shared by CD-i member Dave Eedeez in our community. CD-i titles were priced in a few ranges, like the 'basic popular' games like Micro Machines and Flashback which were priced at 70 DM, or 100 NLG here in The Netherlands. Other games more specific to CD-i like Burn:Cycle were sold at a higher price: 130 NLG or 125 DM as we see here. Chaos Control was also priced higher at 120 NLG. In general Philips Media wasn't eager on giving discounts and CD-i titles were always only offered at the original price tag. We love the dedicated jewelcases that some CD-i games received, the Chaos Control jewelcase had printed coloured letters on the jewelcase itself, as well as a transparent red inner case. The Burn:Cycle jewelcase was transparent as well, in a fluorescent green colour. On top of that, the letters Burn:Cycle were pressed, without ink, in the jewelcase on the same place of the booklet cover title.
