Several CD-i games that are released in both Europe and USA have different CD-i cover variations. Some known variations are the Don Bluth titles (Dragon's Lair and Space Ace), as well as Video Speedway and The Apprentice. International Tennis Open is an early 1992 game by Infogrames which was released with the same boxart in both Europe as USA initially. The green version of Tennis International Open marks the re-release of this game in the USA region. The game was originally released as a one-player version in 1992 worldwide, but in 1994 Infogrames updated the title with a 2-player mode. In the USA, PIMA changed the cover from blue to green to mark the difference of a new release. In Europe, they kept the blue format. Both re-releases got a yellow balloon on the cover marking the new 2-player possibility. It's only a regional variety, the software is the same.
