Next to the demonstration disc of Zelda's Adventure that is on the internet, there's also a Testing Phase disc, which is an early version of Zelda's Adventure. What is remarkable is that in the retail version there are signs and names placed in the overworld which are absent in this version. It looks like it was unclear during testing where you had to go which lead to more signs in the final product!
