"TV Sports Football" was an Amiga classic by Cinemaware and Philips POV renamed and converted it in 1994 as 'NFL Hall of Fame Football' for CD-i

In 1994 Philips POV developed and released the CD-i football game "NFL Hall of Fame Football". This was actually a conversion of Cinemaware's classic "TV Sports Football" that was released on the Commodore Amiga . Surprisingly this is a very good CD-i game, and very little information is found about it on the internet. Perhaps because this title was not sold separately (in Europe at least) as it was part of the triple NFL pack including NFL Trivia Challenge and NFL 100 Greatest Touchdowns. But this title: Hall of Fame Football is a true football game that has its roots on the Amiga. Thanks to the Cinemaware roots of Philips POV they were able to port various Cinemaware classics to CD-i. Thanks to Philips Interactive Media of America they were able to transform TV Sports Football into a NFL game and this became 'NFL Hall of Fame Football'.
