Philips used Mad Dog McCree to extensively promote Digital Video on CD-i and it was highlighted in many advertisements

Philips Media published heavily in printed media to advertise CD-i. The CD-i hardware and software was promoted in CD-i catalogues, CD-i magazines around the world but also in local videogames magazines. This time: Mad Dog McCree featured in a two page advertisement by Comet (an now defunct electronics store in the UK) about a variety of CD-i discs. When you look at this advertisement, don't you love the idea of a new lightgun for the current generation of consoles?
