The LG GDI 7000 CD-i Player was also released with the Goldstar brand; both have the same design but differ from the DVS Video Engine 200 CD-i Player

CD-i member Orlando Arroyo posted a nice picture of his Goldstar CD-i player which looks exactly the same as the LG (=same brand) GDI 7000 CD-i player. Both players look exactly the same so it might well be that when LG changed its brand from Goldstar to LG, a following batch of these CD-i players was just carrying the new name. But nonetheless, we have not seen it before, I would think that the Goldstar version is more rare than the LG version (both types are very rare at the moment).

The other similar CD-i player is the DVS Video Engine 200 CD-i player, from the insides exactly the same but when you see them close together youĺl notice clear differences in the design. Below a picture of the LG GDI 7000 CD-i player, as we have seen it before.
