In a time without mainstream internet like the CD-i era, Philips Media produced quite some demo discs to preview their content to the customers. Some of them were bundled with the CD-i Magazine, some of them were bundled with the Gold Club Catalogue. The Gold Club was a mailing service by Philips to all buyers of a CD-i system and they offered discounts and an overview of what was coming up.
1. CD-i demo discs bundled with CD-i Magazine (UK)
CD-i member Daniel Hyatt collected all the demo discs that came with the UK CD-i Magazine:
Daniel: "So I’ve managed to get hold of every cover disc that came with various issues of CD-i magazine as well as 2 extra discs that are not part of the magazine series but look really intriguing:

2. CD-i demo discs bundled with the Gold Club Catalogue
I'm sure this list is not complete yet, but there at least in The Netherlands two other demo discs that were shared with the catalogue:
The next also came with the catalogue, at least in The Netherlands where The Philips Media Gold Club was active. Periodically Philips Media sent out catalogues and sometimes it was accompanied by a demo disc, like this. When you bought a CD-i player, you could sign up for free to this Gold Club to get discounts and mailings.
Of course we also have the bundle disc by The Vision Factory, a give-away by Free Record Shop, but I'm not sure anymore how this disc was released. It could be an advetisement product with the Gold Club.
3. CD-i titles that were bundled with a CD-i system
In UK and Benelux there was one title bundled for a long time with every CD-i title: Compton's Interactive Encyclopedia. It shows the direction Philips wanted CD-i to follow: A focus on education and multimedia.
I've seen USA CD-i systems that were bundled with International Tennis Open:
