It is always popular on internet to create boxarts of games that actually don't exist. On CD-i we started to make boxarts of CD-i prototypes like Microcosm and Dead End to emphasize the possibility of these games actually being released on the CD-i format. Moreover, a picture tells us more than words; it always attracts the eye of people. Over the years we've seen more CD-i boxarts popping up of games that don't exist, but most of them have a link to CD-i, like Alien Interactive, Litil Divil 2 and Scramble on CD-i. We also like to use these on Interactive Dreams. This one above is of the game Metal Gear Solid. There was never any clue of this game coming to CD-i (as far as I know) but it is an awesome picture, made professionally it seems (I don't have the tools to create it like this!) Fan-asrt on CD-i is rare and especially boxarts like this, please let us know when you find more of these gems!
