In 1993 dutch game magazine 'Power Unlimited' launched in The Netherlands. In The Netherlands, I believe we had two major game magazines these years: Power Unlimited and Hoog Spel. Both covered CD-i. CD-i member Patrick Selten recently posted some scans of what Power Unlimited wrote about CD-i. CD-i was even back then considered as 'underpowered' compared to the competition but the scores were pretty decent.

USA World Cup received a 9 (pretty high) and this was actually the very first title in Power Unlimited that was NOT a game :)
