This Greek 'CD-i demo' shows the island Chios on the cover , from 'Multimedia Lab' about τεχνολογια (=Technology). Today exactly two year ago we received the news of a package that CD-i member Omegalfa retrieved from a greec CD-i developer (a professional company, so no games were expected) with original CD-i discs of their work. CD-i members cdifan and djkoelkast tried to extract the software to discover what secrets were behind it. Since the announcement it was never published in public, unfortunately. CD-i member DJKoelkast however shared a few screenshots with us, but he is struggling to finish the editing of the video (including watermarks for The World of CD-i). It shows an interesting Greek 'CD-i demo' from 'Multimedia Lab', and
with τεχνολογια (=Technology) on the cover. On the cover the island
Chios is pictured, which is located on the far East of Greece, close to
Turkey. These lost CD-i software discs are always interesting to browse
through, they capture the time of these companies pretty nice,
especially of local software CD-i developers of the Nineties in the
professional field.
