You can download virtually every CD-i title thanks to the 'Redump.org Philips CD-i Romset' on Archive.org

It has never been easier to download a specific CD-i title if you want to test it: CD-i Emulator never worked better and many titles are easy to play. Moreover, the team behind Redump/Preservation including CD-i member Seventy7 put a tremendous amount of energy and time into uploading the CUE/BIN files on Archive.org; it results in a massive download collection with over 900 CD-i titles, including regional variations. To me it is a pity preservation of cover art and content is a different thing, which means it is not always naturally to find the covers within the download. However, if you are after downloading and playing, this is the right place. It's clear the majority of CD-i news on CD-i websites like The World of CD-i and the Preserve CD-i blog is to add another new title to create a complete overview of CD-i titles that were available/pressed, but hey, CD-i never got more attention as how it is in 2021 so who are we to complain!

We are not sure if the peak has been reached yet but we thankfully make use of all these efforts of course! One of the major updates in this version is the addition of the Japanese Karaoke titles as well as some regional variations. (In fact, all the recent updates as presented in the Preservation loans you can expect to end up here). And, if you want to contribute, they even offer a list of what they are still missing.
