'Earth Rhythms' was another CD-i Ready disc by Philips ArtSpace, published in 1992 in USA. We're not aware this title was also released in Europe, but it was not USA exclusive: CD-i member Seventy7 shared the scans of the Japanese version, courtesy of Blazers. Earth Rhythms was focused on music, it has the CD-i Music logo on it and on the back it sais the title was also playable on your Audio CD player. The disc itself mainly shows graphics to accompany the music, in itself themed around nature (earth). This was the original USA release:
The Japanese artwork looks very similar to the USA release. In Japan this title was released in 1993. All the tracks are licensed by Island Records. It is surprising to see again 'SAMPLE' printed in the ring, revealing this was again not a retail edition. With so many of the surfaced Japanese CD-i discs being stamped as 'sample' or 'demo', it is questioning in what form these discs actually saw the light of day. In another article, we showed these kind of CD-i titles were only pressed in an average on 300 copies.
While on some Japanese CD-i releases they replace the english title as a whole, but here it was chosen to leave the original logo in place, translating the title into Japanese in small letters below it.
