In The Netherlands we've seen various local Karaoke CD-i discs, containing Dutch lyrics and Dutch songs specifically aimed at the local market. This happened in more European countries like this Karaoke 'Da Cantare in Coppia' released in 1995 by Giunti Multimedia. Giunti Multimedia is a large Italian publishing house with a long history. It is founded in 1956. Until the mid-eighties, Giunti edited a few magazines, including: "La Vita Scholastica" (born in 1947) and "Contemporary Psychology", and other monthly cultural magazines. In 1990 the Giunti Publishing Group (in itaian: Gruppo Editoriale Giunti S.p.A.) was born, in which the publishing houses and the various publishing brands acquired converged. In the new decade, the group entered the multimedia sector: "Giunti Multimedia" was created. In these times, they also published some CD-i titles, including some CD-i games that are pretty rare these days: Super Test, European Party, Quiz Mania are examples of local Giunti Multimedia CD-i titles. This Karaoke Disc is Nr. 12, so we assume a full set exists.
