Recently more CD-i documentation is added to the ICDIA archive, originating from the CD-i collection of Jorg Kennis and cdifan. There is a lot more to come but scanning all the paper work is very time consuming! Still it is worth to browse through the newly available technical documentation for those who are interested in understanding the platform: it might help in creating more homebrew interest and progress. There is currently no other place online that holds this amount of technical documentation of the CD-i platform. What is new:
- Added An Overview of CD-I Standards to the Authoring Book(lets) section.
- Added Balboa Video Users Guide and CD-I Fonts User's Guide to the Authoring Manuals section.
- Added TN #41, #46, #47, #49, #57.1, #62, #85.1, #87, #89, #91, #99, #100, #101 to the CD-i Technical Documentation / PIM Technical Notes section.
- Added HAL90 manual in the Authoring Manuals section.
- TN #091 - A Beginner's Guide to Balboa Edition 1
- TN #099 - Balboa Video Manager Insights 1
- TN #100 - Balboa Video Manager Insights 2
