The CD-i player launched with the promising name "The Imaginiation Machine" and CD-i was just one of the formats that this machine wa going to support. Another promising and innovative format was Photo CD by Kodak. The unique service at that time was that Kodak allowed people to create their own Photo CD's built from private pictures which were also compatible to play on your CD-i player. Next to this, numerous pre-made Photo CD were developed on various subjects. Let's start next to the Rare CD-i Chronicles series on Interactive Dreams, more series like that. This one will cover all kinds of rare Photo CD's. It appears that there are also hundreds of rare unknown Photo CD's. Many will never surface or are very obscure, but let's see how we get.
