NFL: Instant Replay is a rare CD-i trivia game published in 1995 by Philips Media and produced by CapDisc. It was only released in USA, and we always considered it as a USA CD-i exclusive, like there were more, including Joker's Wild, The 3rd Degree and Jeopardy. Perhaps because NFL and baseball are far more popular in USA, although Philips in the end did release the NFL Triple Pack in Europe, including NFL: Hall of Fame Football and NFL: Trivia Challenge.
However, thanks to our community we discovered this European test disc of NFL: Instant Replay. It has an European catalogue number (811 0111). 811 was the base code for an english release (UK). This most often means a European release was in the works, but somehow Philips Media in the end decided not to.
