The disc prototype of the first CD-i player ever by Philips/Kyocera was tested in 'Radio Bulletin' in 1989, this prototype you can also see in our CD-i exhibition currently in the HomeComputerMuseum - While reading some nice details are mentioned, like the 1987 Matsushita CD-i demo about a tourist program of Kyoto (Japan) and the Sony service CD-i discs about explaining their own audio/video recorders.
